Two of the longest-running names in group travel serve the LGBTQ+ community. Both publish 2027 programs that mix big-ship Caribbean sailings with Europe and river trips.

Atlantis Events

Atlantis Events runs gay cruises and LGBTQ+ vacations, many on full-ship charters. For 2027 it lists the Epic Allure Caribbean Cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas from Miami (March 7–14), a Southern Caribbean cruise from San Juan on Virgin Voyages’ Valiant Lady (March 27–April 3), Copenhagen to Stockholm (July 6–15), Barcelona to Rome (August 8–17) and the Legendary Greek Isles (August 22–29).

Olivia

Olivia has created trips for lesbians and LGBTQ+ women for more than 35 years, including ship takeovers. Its 2027 program includes the XOXO Caribbean Cruise in February, Balkans on the Danube by river in April, a Barcelona to Lisbon luxury cruise in June and a Greek Isles with Lesbos cruise in October, alongside resort and land trips.

Group cruises 2027 with these organizers range from large resort ships to small luxury and river vessels, so the experience varies widely. A full charter on a big ship feels like a festival; a smaller ship feels more like a private club. Pick the style before the destination.

Choosing an LGBTQ+ Group Cruise

  • Full charter or group on a shared ship? Ask the organizer which it is for your sailing.
  • Look at the ship: a party-focused big ship and a quiet river boat suit very different travelers.
  • Check the organizer’s solo-traveler options if you are going alone.
  • Read the booking terms; these trips are sold by the organizer.

If you would rather sail as your own group of friends on a regular cruise, our cruise advisors at Mister Cruise can arrange a group block and help with cabin choice. Sailing Single has advice for solo cruisers.

LGBTQ+ Group Cruises 2027: FAQ

What makes an LGBTQ+ group cruise different?

On a full charter the whole ship is booked for the community, with entertainment, parties and social events designed for it. Smaller group trips may share a ship with other guests but keep their own events.

Can friends and allies join?

Policies vary by organizer. Check the organizer’s site; many welcome friends of the community.

Big-Ship Charter or Small-Group Trip?

The 2027 programs show the range. A takeover of Allure of the Seas from Miami puts thousands of guests on one of the largest ships at sea, with pool parties, theater shows and themed nights. A Danube river cruise or a Greek Isles voyage on a smaller ship is closer to a house party: fewer guests, more conversation, and days built around the destinations. Many people who enjoy one style try the other the following year. If it is your first LGBTQ+ group cruise, think about how you like to spend your evenings — dancing until late, or a long dinner with new friends — and choose the ship to match.

Whichever you choose, book with the organizer directly through its official site, and check flight times against embarkation day before you pay.
